PERSONALITY
Compassionate: Sypha has a big heart, and sometimes it can get her into trouble. She cares deeply about the people she meets, and feels compelled to help those who cannot help themselves. Moreover, she tends to be sensitive to the moods of those around her, especially once she gets to know them a bit better. She tries to be a peacemaker in the group, though hot heads sometimes prevail.
Intelligent: As a Speaker Magician, Sypha is a scholar through and through. She’s able to come up with complicated spells on the fly using assembled bits of magic from various sources in various archaic languages. She also seems to simply love learning, and thrills at the prospect of all the knowledge contained in the Belmont hold.
Brave: She’ll do what she believes is right, even if it could cost her life. She went on her own to try and find the Sleeping Soldier in the hopes that he could help fight Dracula. Even in the fight against Dracula himself, she didn’t back down or show fear in the face of potential death.
Stubborn: Not unlike her companions, Sypha can be a little bit bullheaded. When she thinks she’s right about something, she isn’t unwilling to dig her heels in and fight about it if she has to. Even if she is wrong, she tends to stick to her guns (so to speak). Fight her about it, she doesn’t care.
Reckless: The flipside to her bravery, sometimes Sypha takes unnecessary risks. The above mentioned incident with the Sleeping Soldier is a prime example. She went alone to search for help, and it could have cost her life.
Impatient: Sypha doesn’t have time to deal with shenanigans. She has no patience for people when they’re being stupid or arrogant, and has no qualms with verbally cutting people down if she has to. She’s sassy and sarcastic when she loses her temper, though that usually only happens when her companions get on her nerves.

KEY EVENTS IN GAME HISTORY
Meeting Trevor and Alucard: After hearing a legend that told of a powerful warrior sleeping deep in the heart of a labyrinthine system of caves not far from Krimnos, Sypha set off alone to try and locate the mysterious man. Unfortunately for her, the caves were also full of terrible and dangerous monsters, one of which was a Cyclops that turned her to stone with its eye. Sypha’s disastrous attempt to find the Soldier weren’t entirely in vain, however, since they resulted in her eventual rescue by Trevor Belmont. While the two clashed initially, they managed to cooperate to fight off a wave of Dracula’s horde, and eventually went back into the caves to locate and waken Alucard.
Disarming Dracula’s castle from the Belmont hold: In the Belmont hold, Sypha was able to string together a variety of powerful spells to break down all of the defenses that Dracula used to guard his castle. She cast arcane magic from books spanning centuries, and through a magic mirror, she set her will against Dracula’s and--against all odds--hers was victorious. Without this critical step, the trio would never have been able to invade the castle.
Facing Dracula: In the company of Alucard and Trevor, Sypha breached Dracula’s castle and fought her way through an entire host of vampire generals and their troops. Killing Dracula was much harder, however. The fight was long and terrible, and none of them came away unscathed. In the end, it was Alucard who dealt the final blow, but Sypha and Trevor both helped put an end to Dracula’s reign of terror.
